Statistics for Systems Biology

This course deals with statistical models used in biology, from simple models (variance analysis and regression) to more complex models allowing the analysis of discrete data (generalized linear model), correlated measurements (mixed linear model), or multivariate measurements (manova, discriminant analysis).

Various examples from ecology, agronomy and genetics are presented and thoroughly analyzed using statistical formalisms.
