Ethics in Bioengineering (S2I2)

Teacher: C. Herve

The course first analyzes the evolution of technologies applied to medicine (biotechnologies, imaging, nanotechnologies, prosthesis) and of procedures for medical data sharing through computers or biobanks (cells, tissues, organs). Ethical regulation of biomedical practices is then studied in the context of medical research as well as interactions with patients in public or private health centers.
